Timoranimo

TIMORANIMO is an original, socially distanced theatre experience for the Covid-era. WMU theatre students have created short theatrical scenes exploring the themes of courage and fear. They will be performed in different locations throughout the Gilmore Theatre Complex, starting in the lobby. The experience will move small patron groups through 7 spaces in the building, ending in the Shaw Theatre. In each space there will be a different scene, presented in a different style, averaging 7-10 minutes in length.

This is a theatre experience unlike anything WMU Theatre has presented before. In a time when the public is craving the arts, our students are being challenged to innovate as artists, and out of this comes Timoranimo. Join us as we explore fear and courage in a socially distant world for 5 performances only October 30th-November 7th.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • There are 8 showtimes starting at 7:30 p.m. each night.
  • There are 4 household pods of up to 2 people each for each showtime. No more than 8 patrons per audience group.
  • Each pod of no more than 2 people will be spaced out by at least 6 feet for social distancing.
  • The price is PAY WHAT YOU CAN - we appreciate your generosity!
  • All locations are accessible.
  • All performers, staff and patrons will wear masks for the entire evening.
