Philanthropic Phenom

CEO, Bogan Developments LLC

To say Jamauri Bogan is driven is an understatement. Few can match the dedication and spirit he delivers in every endeavor he pursues. This Bronco graduated with a degree in personal financial planning and an MBA in less than five years, all while breaking records as a star running back. Bogan is also deeply committed to community service, which helped him earn the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl Humanitarian Award in 2019.

While still in college, Bogan set his sights on starting a real estate development company. He partnered with a teammate and launched Nekton Investments, purchasing their first property just a few months later. Nekton taught Bogan how to make difficult contracting decisions, raise capital and form relationships with investors.

In 2020, he launched Bogan Developments, with the goal of providing affordable housing for all. Making progress toward that goal, the company is currently designing a 10-unit mixed-use development project in Kalamazoo that includes residential and childcare facilities.
