Bond started out in digital marketing working with venture-capital-funded tech startups investing in user acquisition for their software platforms. After working with several businesses of the like, including six different Shark Tank brands (fun fact!), he then moved into e-commerce. 

He now serves as the vice president of brand strategy at Blue Wheel Media, where he leads digital strategy for e-commerce brands with a focus on beauty and health and wellness. His role impacts everything in the digital space and includes growing market share and retail footprints with direct-to-consumer websites: Amazon, Sephora, Target, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and more.

Bond’s marketing superpowers include data analysis, forecasting, and most importantly, coaching his team and brands on the best way to use resources. 

Blue Wheel now manages over $1 billion in revenue, and in 2021, Bond was honored as the American Business Awards Marketer of the Year with judges saying of his work, “This is modern, data-driven success that reflects the best of what 21st century marketing can achieve.”
