Bring Your A-Game to Work
All Western Michigan University business students are invited to apply to participate in three interactive workshops sponsored by Lacks Enterprises Inc. The series introduces and explores seven “A” behaviors of work ethic.
- Attendance—Showing you are reliable in every phase of your life.
- Appearance—Being professional both in the way you act and the way you look.
- Acceptance—Having respect and following direction.
- Attitude—Staying positive in every situation.
- Accountability—Living honestly and having integrity with every decision you make.
- Ambition—Taking initiative and adding value.
- Appreciation—Demonstrating your gratitude toward others.
You will learn to identify and recognize these work ethic behaviors and will engage in practical application of the material.

- “A” Game (Part 2)—Monday, October 23, 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., 3150 Schneider Hall
- “A” Game (Part 3)—Monday, October 30, 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., 3150 Schneider Hall
*If you participate in all of the Bring Your A-Game to Work workshops, you will earn credit for one SPuRS advanced level item in the leadership and service pillar.
