Phillip Garcia is an ambitious leader—he has to be as operations manager at Commercial Construction Incorporated, where he oversees all areas of the business from capital acquisitions to project management to resourcing for construction projects. He is a problem solver and growth driver for his team, and he has the sales numbers to prove it. His team brought in over $15 million in new business across the aerospace, automotive, manufacturing and utility industries, contributing to a total revenue increase of 47% for the company from the previous year.

Garcia has been recognized for his efforts over the eight years he has been in the business, earning one of Michigan’s Most Valuable Professionals, Entrepreneurs and Millennials award from Corp! Magazine in 2021. Other proud accomplishments under Garcia’s belt include fortifying the company’s recognition in the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council Gazette, and as a diversity business leader at Corp! Magazine.

Always generous with his time, Garcia volunteers across southeast Michigan with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Shades of Pink Foundation and the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce.
