The growth in the modern housing market represents an unforeseen real estate boom—one that Cassidy Halloran understands well as a mortgage operations manager at Northpointe Bank. In 2021, her team was responsible for lending $825 million in mortgage loan volume, and assisted 2,500 consumers with purchasing or refinancing their homes.

Halloran has banked serious time with her company, too. She has been with the business for over seven years, starting as a receptionist in her sophomore year at WMU, and has received five promotions since then. One element of her success has been prioritizing knowledge share, lending herself as an interdepartmental liaison throughout the institution. With housing close to her heart, Halloran enjoys giving her time to Habitat for Humanity as it opens up opportunities for homeownership for many populations in her community.
