Phillip Garcia oversees CCI, a private company that serves Michigan and performs projects nationally through comprehensive delivery methods including general contracting, engineering, procurement and construction, design-build and self-perform services. Garcia leads the organization in financial and strategic planning, project management, talent acquisition and customer experience. 

In addition to the contracting business, Garcia owns two real estate investment companies, one of which is co-owned with his wife. Both companies focus on single-family and multi-family properties, with a long-term goal to expand into commercial and light industrial properties. 

As a member of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Garcia was petitioned by one of the executive members to take part in the Stanford University’s Latino Entrepreneurship Scaling Initiative, a course for business leaders interested in building highly scalable companies. 

Garcia is an advocate for building strong communities. He has been active with Make-A-Wish Michigan as a wish grantor for 10 years. In addition, he has volunteered for the Shades of Pink Foundation, the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce, No Kid Hungry, the Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund, Veterans Connected, Toys for Tots and Men for a Cause.
