Brad Hirsch currently serves as a principal within KPMG’s Valuation Practice where he is responsible for valuations of businesses, business interests, various classes of capital structure and intangible assets. With more than 16 years of experience in performing business enterprise valuations, he helps clients navigate the complexity of valuation for financial reporting, tax and strategic advisory purposes. He has led valuation engagements for many multibillion-dollar transactions.
 

Hirsch is a frequent speaker for various groups on the topics of mergers and acquisitions and trends in accounting for business. He is focused primarily on consumer and industrial markets and leads the aerospace and defense sector nationally.

Hirsch works with both public and private clients, covering investments throughout their life cycles, from early stage ventures to mature profitable companies, and across a wide variety of transactions. He is an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and is also a private pilot with more than 17 years of flight experience. He resides in Illinois with his wife, Julie, and their three daughters.
