Consistency and inclusivity—these have been the hallmarks of Amanda Holman’s leadership in human resources in every role she has held during the past 10 years.

Holman received a number of Spot Awards for her work in human resources when she worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific as an HR generalist. In her first year at Charles River Laboratories, she has already been recognized with a Value Award for pivoting her daily responsibilities to support the team while navigating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

In 2019, Amanda was recognized as one of the inaugural members of this publication for her significant accomplishments since graduation. Most importantly, Holman knows that her work each day makes a difference, adding value for individual employees and Charles River Laboratories as an organization.
