From a chemistry lab analyzing polymers, adhesives and sealants by day to night courses in the Haworth College of Business MBA program, Baljinder Kaur is a problem solver with all the elements for success. A research and development analytical services manager at Chem Link, she specializes in analytical chemistry, solving production anomalies through chemical analysis for polymer development. Her in-depth scientific knowledge has been the culmination of a Ph.D. in polymer chemistry and over 10 years of work experience in the industry.

One of her recent achievements was graduating from the Haworth College of Business MBA program. She credits the program for teaching her how to lead and develop a practical culture in her laboratory for the scientists she will supervise on her team. Outside of the research environment, she enjoys traveling the world in search of memorable learning experiences. Kaur was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi honor society in 2019 for her academic excellence during her time at WMU.
