Four promotions in five and a half years—that is how Kristin Kinney’s career began, and she has been unstoppable ever since.
In her role at MBuy, a boutique media buying agency in Chicago and division of Mediaocean, she assists clients across different verticals and becomes an extension of their teams. Kinney delivers client messages to core audiences in the most impactful ways possible, while measuring results in visual and interactive dashboards. She also builds internal tools across all teams within her agency to automate tasks and bring valuable insights to light. Additionally, she works diligently in guiding her team to be successful analysts and leaders.
Kinney credits her success to her passion to do anything she can to help her clients achieve results through her persistence and attention to detail, and the empowerment she receives from her team to build any solution she can dream up.
