Minor Declaration Form

Please use this form to declare a minor. Students must have 56 credits hours earned and a 2.5+ GPA to declare a business minor (3.0 for the Human Resource Management minor). The Entrepreneurship minor may be declared at any time and requires a 2.0 GPA.

Note: Non-business majors are limited to 30 credits of business classes which typically restricts students to one business minor.
