Brooke Scheffler thrives on challenge and change. These traits, combined with her excellent decision-making skills and drive for process improvement, empower her to provide sound leadership as the vice president of finance for StructureTec.

“Get comfortable with being uncomfortable,” is a motto that Scheffler embraces in her professional life. Living by this adage has enabled her to pursue new challenges and work her way up at StructureTec, starting as a billing manager and holding a number of titles throughout her time at the company.

Scheffler credits the family-like atmosphere and wealth of talented individuals at StructureTec with creating an environment that has helped her to thrive. The growth and opportunity at the organization are endless, and Scheffler has earned a handful of company awards during her time there, including the Quality Award, Excellence Award and Employee of the Year Award.

Always wanting to stay active and engaged, Scheffler gives her time as a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, Kalamazoo Women2Women and Christian Business Round Table organizations. The professionals that she has met through these organizations, and the relationships she has made have been instrumental in her personal and professional growth.
