Vivian Xiong has over a decade of experience in the banking industry, having worked extensively across various facets of financial services. With a career spanning 10 years, she has deep expertise in areas such as risk management, decision management, decision science and data products.

In her current role, Xiong is known for her strategic data insights and ability to drive operational excellence. She has been instrumental in implementing end-to-end data solutions that enhance customer experience and financial performance. Among her responsibilities, she serves as a liaison between business group and enterprise data analytics teams to focus on strategic initiatives.

Xiong holds an MBA with a business analytics concentration and an M.S. in Information Systems from Auburn University.
