How to add a Call to action

  1. Select Call to action from the Component type drop down list and click the Add new Component or Add another Component button.

  2. Decide if the Call to action should have a Title and Text preceding the button(s).

  3. Provide the required Link Title and URL for the button.

  4. Provide a Secondary link Title and URL if a second button is desired.

  5. Choose whether the Alignment should be center or left.

Things worth mentioning

  • Unlike the other component types that are placed in Component grids, the Call to action component can also be placed outside of Component grids.

  • The optional Text you can provide is plain text so you cannot add bold text, links, images, etc.

  • If a Secondary link is supplied and there is not enough available space for both buttons to sit next to each other, then the Secondary link button will stack beneath the Link button.

  • Take care to use the Call to action component where appropriate and not to try using it interchangeably with the Text component.
