Event Submission

In order to ensure timely posting, events must be submitted at least seven days prior to your event.

This information will be submitted to the College of Arts and Sciences communications office at Western Michigan University.

  • Use N/A for fields which do not apply to your submission (items submitted with TBD or TBA entries in required fields will not be accepted)
  • Use full names
  • Check facts like the spelling of names, phone numbers and addresses
  • Spell out acronyms
  • If your event requires tickets, include the ticket price and where and how to purchase them
  • If your event requires registration include the instructions
  • If your event has a related website with more information, include a working URL

Example: Dr. John Doe, professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin.
List a website address that gives additional information about the speaker.
Example: 157 Bernhard Center
Files must be less than 30 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png pdf doc docx ppt pptx.
