An innovative marketing strategist with a track record for shaping digital experiences and driving impactful campaigns, Lexi Madejczyk has navigated pivotal roles in renowned corporations. In her current role as an associate marketing manager for site experience at GAP, Madejczyk focuses on planning site strategies and formulating data-driven insights across all divisions. She oversees home page reporting for the brand across many seasonal campaigns, collaborations and other site marketing content. Madejczyk helped GAP bring to life intriguing collaborations including Barbie, Dapper Dan, Brooklyn Circus, LoveShackFancy and Sean Wotherspoon. She has recently transitioned into a new role on GAP’s promotional marketing team where she will help lead the strategy and briefing for promotions on GAP’s website, email and app channels.
Beginning her journey at GAP through digital brand management, Madejczyk helped develop website and email marketing for the adult and maternity divisions. She has sculpted strategic digital messaging aligned with global marketing plans while balancing brand essence and commercial objectives. Previously, her role at Whirlpool Corporation as a digital assistant brand manager was marked by visionary thinking, crafting long-term brand strategies and orchestrating impactful product launches. Projects Madejczyk worked on included digital launches of new appliances, holistic site redesigns and digital execution of the Whirlpool x Disney Encanto collaboration.
