Human Resources Generalist, Invio Automation

Sarah Reynolds has worked hard to get where she is, and now shes working hard to help others find success and fulfillment in their careers. A first-generation college graduate, Reynolds earned her B.B.A. at WMU Haworth and went on to earn a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations degree at Michigan State University.

While in graduate school, Reynolds interned at Bridgestones corporate headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee, where she developed early career programs to attract and retain top talent, conducted engagement survey analysis to enhance employee satisfaction, and streamlined HR roles to improve efficiency within the organization.

She also worked as a graduate assistant mentoring students in an undergraduate business communication course. Supporting their development and witnessing their progress reinforced her passion for helping others reach their full potential and led to her role today.

Now at Invio Automation as a human resources generalist, Reynolds engages in a wide range of human resource functions, including payroll, onboarding, employee engagement, safety initiatives and performance management. One of the highlights of her role is developing and leading Invio Automations community engagement program. Through initiatives like Toys for Tots, environmental cleanups and food drives, she helps integrate service into the companys core values—strengthening the connection between the workplace and the community.
