Starting in banking at just 17, Andrea Buskirk gained valuable experience in customer and financial services. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accountancy from WMU, which gave her a strong foundation in financial principles and strategy. Her proudest accomplishments? Before starting a family, she would say earning her CPA license and passing all four exams on the first attempt. Now, it’s living a life that is truly balanced between her career and home, shared by her husband and two daughters.
Most of Buskirk’s public accounting career has been in the audit field, where she honed her analytical skills and built expertise in financial management, risk assessment and compliance. She has also had considerable exposure to both individual and corporate taxes. In her role as CFO at Harloff Manufacturing Company, she leverages her experience to drive growth and navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving business environment. She’s also excited to contribute to sustainable energy solutions at a company focused on solar energy.
