Throughout her career at NielsenIQ, she has significantly enhanced client relationships and outcomes across multiple retail client partners through comprehensive reporting and analysis, guiding key performance decisions with recommendations on assortment, price and promotion. Her consultative approach helps identify client needs and strategic priorities, proactively introducing NIQ solutions to expand impact. Puckett McKenna has also played pivotal roles in implementing new databases and tools with clients, including through the creation of enhanced reporting suites and training programs. Through her work with food retailers, Puckett McKenna developed a passion for food equity. To support her local community, she volunteers weekly at Kids Food Basket, an organization committed to increasing access to healthy food for West Michigan children and families. In particular, she has focused her time on the Sack Suppers program, which provides nutritious and balanced evening meals for students.
