I conduct a research on economic, migrant and diaspora in Southeast Asia. 

What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?

Doing survey and interview with local people, so language is a matter. 

What experiences impacted the choice of your career path? 

I have been doing research since I was pursuing my undergraduate program, and have some experiences in conducting research in a team with a different background of the study. That's why I chose to become a researcher.

What advice do you have for others pursuing a career similar to yours? 

Never stop learning new things and build better communication with your peers, colleagues, and working in collaboration.
