TUTORING CONTINUES, but the rood hall computer lab is temporarily closed

By now, you have received multiple communications from President Montgomery and our Provost, Dr. Jennifer Bott, regarding the University’s response to the COVID-19 outbreak. WMU remains open and the Department of Mathematics is here to provide assistance in your math courses.
Currently tutoring services for developmental mathematics, pre-calculus and calculus, will be offered from a distance as our staff works remotely during this time. You will be able to connect with tutors via Video chat. Tutoring is in the same Microsoft Teams channel as the Bronco Study Zone. The times of operation are listed by subject in the "Tutoring Subjects and Hours of Operations" channel in "WMU Academic Support Hub" team. The Department of Mathematics at Western Michigan University offers tutor labs where you can get assistance studying for your math classes and one-on-one help from tutors ready and able to answer questions. Students may also receive assistance from Student Success Services.
Developmental Math Tutor Lab

Finite Math Tutor Lab

Pre-Calculus and Calculus Tutoring

- Tutoring is available through Microsoft Teams. A new Microsoft Teams channel has been created for you to connect with tutors—the name of the channel is WMU Academic Support Hub.
