2025 Award Recipients

Alumni and friends of the college will be honored for their outstanding professional and service accomplishments during WMU Homecoming week. These individuals serve as a representation of the values of the Haworth College of Business and as an inspiration and example to our students.

This year's recipients will be on campus for an awards ceremony, which will take place on Oct. 10 at 4 p.m. in 2150 Schneider Hall.

Amy Bies Kenny, B.B.A.’86

CFO, New Holland Brewing Company

Amy Bies Kenny is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as chief financial officer for New Holland Brewing Company. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning and executive leadership, Kenny has held senior roles in privately held companies across a range of industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer goods.

Tom Sweet, B.B.A.’81

CFO, Dell Technologies (retired)

Tom Sweet is a proven financial leader with over three decades of experience in the technology and industrial sectors. Notably, he served as chief financial officer of Dell Technologies from 2014 to 2023, culminating a 26-year career at the company. Sweet currently serves on several boards, including Trimble, 3M and Medline Industries. In his retirement, he remains deeply committed to professional excellence and community service.
