"Fulfilling orders" (credit card payments) for career fairs in TouchNet

1. Visit https://secure.touchnet.com/ucommercecentral in Firefox or Internet Explorer (the manufacturer suggests those browsers, because it tends not to load correctly in Chrome)

2. Log into TouchNet:

  • Enter your username: "c21782.(yourBroncoNetID)"
  • If this is the first time logging into TouchNet, contact Liana Fox for the temporary password: liana.fox@wmich.edu. If not, enter your established password. 
  • Click on the "Login" button rather than hitting "Enter" 

3. In the gray bar near the top of the page, click on the "Applications" tab. Click on the "Marketplace" option from the subsequent drop-down menu.

4. In the middle of the page, find the row that contains the name of your store.

5. Click on the number in the "Fulfillments Pending" column, which is the second to last column at the right of the "Stores" box. 

6. In the left-most column of the "Pending Fulfillments" box near the middle of the page, check the box of the order you would like to fulfill. (It is recommended to fulfill each order individually in order to double check that the amounts are correct.)

7. Click on the "Process Fulfillment" button below the "Pending Fulfillments" box. 

8. Click the "OK" button in the subsequent "Are you sure that you want to fulfill these shipments" dialogue box.

9. Review the order information. Open that organization's registration in Handshake to make sure the amount in TouchNet is the same as their invoice total in Handshake. (Do not update the quantity of the order - they are only ordering one package, even if there are multiple components of the package.) 

10. After you verify that the organization is paying the correct amount, click the "Accept Payment" button below the box. 

11. Click the "OK" button in the subsequent "This will charge the customer. Do you want to continue?" dialogue box. 

12. On the next page, click the "Proceed To Step 3" button below the box, because we do not need to print a packing list. 

13. On the next page, click the "Proceed To Step 4" button below the box, because we do not need to enter a shipment tracking number. 

14. Click the "Send E-Mail" button to send the receipt message that was created along with the store. 

15. Refer to steps 9-11 in this tutorial to finalize their registration in Handshake.
