What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is making a positive impact on travel plans. The most challenging part is deciding the best course of action when things don't go as planned.

If you had a campus job or internship, how did they impact your career development?

I was a flight instructor at the WMU College of Aviation. I not only learned how to effectively teach and communicate in a dynamic environment but also I honed my flying skills for my future career.

What advice do you have for others pursuing a career similar to yours?

Make as many connections as possible! This industry is small and you will most likely see someone again. Always try to leave a positive impact on someone no matter what!
