What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is working with my team to help them continue their development and growth as employees. I really enjoy helping people develop.

Which of your skills had the biggest impact on your success?

A couple of skills come to mind that had a large impact on my success. The first is having a learning mindset. Being genuinely curious to learn, which includes being self-reflective to learn from our mistakes. I love to learn. The second is the group of integrity, transparency, and trust. I have not achieved any success alone. It requires help from others, and that help is built upon integrity, transparency, and trust.

What advice do you have for students looking for their career after college?

If you have any idea of what your career is going to be after college, my advice is to seek it out now. Go job shadow someone. Get an internship. Go get plugged into that work environment so you know what you're getting into. Career choices are not permanent, but they are big. Don't make them too lightly.
