I have to achieve the budgeted annual cost savings 3% of total sales and I have achieved 4% till date.

Campus job/internship helped me mingle with people from different countries and gain lots of diversified exposure, which will help me in my career growth.
What advice do you have for others pursuing a career similar to yours?
Try to find an internship before you graduate, learn and gain practical knowledge while you study. These will help everyone to step up in their career growth and get the full time job leisurely.
