2023 Award Recipients

Alumni and friends of the college will be honored for their outstanding professional and service accomplishments during WMU Homecoming week. These individuals serve as a representation of the values of the Haworth College of Business and as an inspiration and example to our students.

This year's recipients will be on campus for an awards ceremony, which will take place on Oct. 25 at 4 p.m. in 2150 Schneider Hall.

Rebecca Cox, B.B.A.'86

President and CEO, Savant Group

With a 30-year tenure at the Savant Group, Rebecca Cox eventually purchased the consortium of companies in 2012. Under her leadership, the Savant Group has acquired companies, reorganized its business structure, added new products and services, increased its employment base and expanded its facilities.

Mike Doss, B.B.A.'89, MBA'91

President and CEO, Graphic Packaging International

Mike Doss has spent 33 years at Graphic Packaging International, currently serving as president and chief executive officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. He has held executive roles in several different areas of the company since joining Graphic Packaging International in 1990 as a management trainee.

John Phillips, B.S.'86

Senior Vice President, Customer Supply Chain and Go-To-Market, PepsiCo

John Phillips has been with PepsiCo for over 36 years, working in several different sales and field operations roles since joining the company as a route salesperson with Frito-Lay. He is currently responsible for working with PepsiCo’s largest customers on supply chain and collaboration initiatives.
