I communicate with customers and maintain customer relationships. I also build new relationships with customers on a day-to-day basis.
What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is communicating with many different people and learning a lot about them, as well as helping people solve problems and make their lives easier. The most challenging part is deescalating situations when a customer is unhappy.
What activities, resources, or people helped you prepare for your career?
WMU has so many resources to offer! Be sure to use all of these. Building and maintaining relationships with professors is so important and beneficial as they will help guide you through college and when it comes time to find a career. Also, join RSO’s, these help you with leadership skills and allows the opportunity to meet new people! Lastly, be sure to find a major you are passionate about and then pursue it!
What advice would you offer students to help them decide on a career path?
WMU has so many paths and options! Take the time to realize what your passionate about, I promise it’s worth it!
