What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?

Being able to help children and families. Working under conditions where caseloads can be overwhelming.

If you had a campus job or internship, how did they impact your career development?

My major required a two-part internship portion, so I made sure the two internships I chose were in two different fields of interest. This helped me get an idea of what career field I was most interested in.

What advice do you have for students looking for their career after college?

Get involved on campus. Volunteer in your community. Complete internships in areas that are of interest to help you get a better idea of which career path you would like to pursue.
