I am the chair of the Office of the Registrar at UNIBE. My department is in charge of all the academic processes in the university.
What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?
Every day is different, so much work to process daily, but the reward comes with the graduation ceremony.
Which of your skills had the biggest impact on your success?
Perseverance, no matter what. You need to focus and manage your time very precisely. It is very important to stay permanently in communication with your faculty.
What advice do you have for others pursuing a career similar to yours?
It is very hard work, but if you accomplish it, it is very rewarding.
