In my currently role I work hands-on in our many fulfillment centers across the country. My main responsibilities include onboarding associates and assisting them with all their employment needs while providing positive associate experiences. I also work with our operations team in tracking and monitoring metrics relating to attendance, attrition and engagement.
What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is getting to interact with so many different people every day and finding new ways to improve our overall employee morale. The most challenging is working in such a fast-paced environment; however, it is never a dull day.
