Western Heights residence halls

Attendees of the International Congress on Medieval Studies hosted by Western Michigan University have various lodging options.

  • On-campus housing for Congress attendees is available in the co-ed Goldsworth Valley and Western Heights residence halls. Since the advance registration deadline has passed, on-campus housing can no longer be reserved as part of the Congress registration process. A limited number of rooms may become available; send any inquiries to medieval-institute@wmich.edu.
  • Congress attendees may choose to stay off campus in local hotels, for which they make their own arrangements. The three main off-campus sites are the Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites, the Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites and Delta Hotels by Marriott; these as well as other local hotels offer conference rates for Congress attendees.
