For Exhibitors
The International Congress on Medieval Studies welcomes all types of vendors to the Exhibits Hall, including university presses, artisans, used and antiquarian book sellers, manuscript or facsimile dealers and scholarly societies, as well as representatives of non-profit educational or cultural organizations.

Rates
Standard Table: $600
A 2’ x 6’ (61 x 183 cm) table, covered and skirted in black. Access to wi-fi and electricity is included.
Discount Table: $500
A 2’ x 6’ (61 x 183 cm) table, covered and skirted in black. Discount tables are located in the hallway and any valuables must be removed and stored securely elsewhere when the Exhibits Hall is closed. Access to wi-fi and electricity is included.
Tabletop Display Shelf: $100
A two-tier tabletop shelf unit. Each shelf is 11.5" (29 cm) deep and 6' (183 cm) wide, with 12" (30 cm) between shelves. Weight capacity is 75 pounds (34 kg) per shelf.
