For Exhibitors

The International Congress on Medieval Studies, hosted by Western Michigan University, welcomes all types of vendors to the Exhibits Hall, including university presses, artisans, used and antiquarian book sellers, manuscript or facsimile dealers and scholarly societies, as well as representatives of non-profit educational or cultural organizations.

  • The International Congress on Medieval Studies is ready for exhibitors to set up in the Student Center.

  • Attendees check out the Exhibits Hall during the 59th Congress.

  • Exhibitors range from booksellers to artisans, manuscript and facsimile dealers, antique coins and other sundries.

  • There is plenty to explore in the Exhibits Hall.

Rates

Exhibits rates for the 59th Congress were:

  • 2' x 6' table (covered and skirted, access to wi-fi and electricity included): $600
  • 2' x 6' discount table (covered and skirted, access to wi-fi and electricity included; valuables must be stored elsewhere when the Exhibits Hall is closed): $500
  • Display shelf (two-tiered tabletop shelf unit; each shelf is 11.5 inches deep x 6 feet wide, with 12 inches between shelves; weight capacity 75 pounds per shelf): $100
  • Virtual booth (standalone option for exhibitors who cannot come to Kalamazoo): $300
  • Virtual booth (add-on option for exhibitors with table reservations): $200

Rates for the 60th Congress (May 8-10, 2025) will be posted when available.

Deadlines

  • Reservation deadline to appear in the printed program: Dec. 15
  • Reservation deadline for in-person exhibitors: Mar. 1
  • Reservation deadline for virtual exhibitors: Apr. 1
