For Exhibitors

The International Congress on Medieval Studies welcomes all types of vendors to the Exhibits Hall, including university presses, artisans, used and antiquarian book sellers, manuscript or facsimile dealers and scholarly societies, as well as representatives of non-profit educational or cultural organizations.

Rates

Exhibits rates for the 60th Congress are:

• 2' x 6' table: $600
• 2' x 6' discount hallway table (not secure; valuables must be stored elsewhere when the Exhibits Hall is closed): $500
• Tabletop display shelf: $100
• Virtual booth (standalone): $300
• Virtual booth (add-on option for exhibitors with table reservations): $200

Deadlines

• Reservation deadline to appear in the printed program: Dec. 15
• Final exhibitor reservation deadline: Apr. 1
