The Medieval Institute at Western Michigan University accepts paid advertisements to be included in the printed program for each year's International Congress on Medieval Studies and in attendees' registration packets.

Rates

Program ad, inside cover: $650

A full-page, full-color ad on the inside front or back cover of the ICMS program. Dimensions are 5" x 8" (12.7 x 20.32 cm). Digital copy should be sent as a PDF, black and white or 4-color (CMYK), minimum 300 DPI at final print size.

Program ad, full page: $525

A full-page, full-color ad in the ICMS program. Dimensions are 5" x 8" (12.7 x 20.32 cm). Digital copy should be sent as a PDF, black and white or 4-color (CMYK), minimum 300 DPI at final print size.

Program ad, half page: $300

A half-page, full-color ad in the ICMS program. Dimensions are 5" x 3.875" (12.7 x 9.843 cm). Digital copy should be sent as a PDF, black and white or 4-color (CMYK), minimum 300 DPI at final print size.

Registration packet ad: $300

A flier or other flat object (e.g., postcards, pamphlets, bookmarks, stickers, or magnets), no larger than 8.5” x 11”  (21.6 x 28 cm), to be inserted in registration packets and distributed to all in-person ICMS attendees. Advertisers are responsible for printing and shipping registration packet ads to ICMS headquarters.

  • Advertiser reservations open: Sep. 15
  • Reservations and payment due for program ads: Nov. 15
  • Digital copy due for program ads: Dec. 1
  • Reservations and payment due for registration packet ads: Mar. 1
  • Pre-printed registration packet ads due by mail to the Medieval Institute: Apr. 1
