Shuttles

The Medieval Institute provides shuttle service to locations of the International Congress on Medieval Studies on the campus of Western Michigan University and between campus and the downtown hotels.

Shuttle services to and from the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport are available on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Campus Shuttle

The campus shuttle stops at Congress locations on campus on Thursday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1:15 a.m.
 
On Wednesday 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., a shuttle will route from on-campus housing locations to the Student Center. 
 
The campus shuttle stops at the rear (east side) of the Student Center, the rear (north side) of Sangren, and both housing locations. These stops will be clearly marked with large shuttle stop signage. 

Downtown Shuttle

Beginning at 5 p.m. on Wednesday and ending at 2 p.m. on Sunday, the shuttle departs the downtown shuttle stop (on the west side of N. Rose St., between the Radisson and Hilton Garden Inn) at the top of the hour and the Student Center at the bottom of the hour. The final departure from the Student Center/Saturday Night Dance for downtown hotels will be 1 a.m.
