Shuttles

The Medieval Institute provides shuttle service to locations of the International Congress on Medieval Studies on the campus of Western Michigan University and between campus and the downtown hotels.

Shuttle services to and from the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport are available on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Campus Shuttle

The campus shuttle stops at Congress locations on campus on Thursday and Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday from 7:45 a.m. to 1:15 a.m.
 
On Wednesday 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., a shuttle will route from on-campus housing locations to the Student Center. 
 
The campus shuttle stops at the rear of the Student Center, Sangren, and housing locations will be clearly marked with large shuttle stop signage. The campus shuttle route will also stop for Friday and Saturday evening theater performances. 

Downtown Shuttle

Shuttle service between campus and the downtown hotels begins at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and ends at 2:00 p.m. Sunday. It departs downtown at the top of the hour and campus at the bottom of the hour. The final departure from the Student Center/Saturday Night Dance for downtown hotels will be at 1:00 a.m.

The downtown shuttle stop is between the Radisson Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn, at the corner of N Rose St. and W Water St. Look for the "ICMS Shuttle" sign. The shuttle stop on campus is at the rear of the Student Center.
