This is an invitation only VIP event for current and prospective students in the following areas of study: sport management, exercise science, event management, recreation and physical and health education. RSVP's are open until January 6, 2026 or until all seats are filled.

Will there be parking?

Yes. Parking on weekends is free at Western Michigan University. Recommended parking lots are #13 and #102. A map is available here.
