This decade has proven that there is only one constant, and that constant is change. Despite these monumental challenges, children still need to be educated! The best way to educate them, regardless of external dynamics, is to operate as a Professional Learning Community (PLC). Schools that create healthy, strong cultures produce an environment where teachers and students can thrive. Join us for an interactive leadership training that will help K–12 leaders strengthen school culture, build leadership capacity, support staff and students, and prepare for the school year with practical tools and next steps. Participants will explore why healthy school culture remains essential through times of change, how professional habits and behaviors impact student learning, and practical ways to create a learning-focused environment where teachers and students can thrive.
