RSO Request for Academic Classroom Space

Registered Student Organizations that are requesting an academic classroom space must submit the request at least five business days in advance of the event. The requestor must provide a University provided email address as well as University assigned faculty or staff advisor contact information.

Please note: RSO advisors should not complete the request as this will cause a significant delay in a room assignment.

 

In keeping with the Email Address Use and Rules, the use of other email accounts (e.g., Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, Charter, SBC, etc.) to conduct official business with enrolled students is prohibited. The complete Use and Rules can be read online at it/policies/emailaddress.

If academic classes are held prior to your event, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to allow you as much set up time as requested. If that is the case, we will contact you for additional information.
Will there be amplified sound? (required)
If you expect that the noise level of your event will be above average, the Registrar's Office will take into consideration the academic classes that surround the requested room and adjust accordingly.
