Banner Upgrade

An upgrade to the Banner system is scheduled for May 18. We will be moving to version 8.6.3. The upgrade is needed to comply with new reporting requirements relating to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21stCentury Act (MAP-21). The act added a new provision to limit Subsidized Stafford Borrowing to 150% of a published program’s length. The new regulations apply to a first-time Stafford loan borrower who borrows on or after July 1, 2013. I will share more details about the upgrade as we get closer.

Upcoming Dates:

  • April 21-25—Final Exam week

  • Saturday, April 26—Commencement

  • Tuesday, April 29--Spring grades due at noon
