Spring 2016 Registration

Spring 2016 registration begins one week from today on Monday, Oct. 12.  Graduate students have access to register on day one, followed by priority students (Athletes, DSS, Honors, RAs, Trio) on day two.  Seniors with 122 hours can register beginning on Wednesday, October 14. You can find the complete registration schedule on the Registrar's Office website.

Report Student Academic Concerns

It is important that we make every effort to reach out to students who are not attending class or who are not performing well. The Report Student Academic Concern link is provided on the faculty menu in GoWMU for instructors to report an academic concern, excessive absences or missing multiple assignments.  In addition to the student; the information reported is sent to the Registrar's Office, Residence Life (if the student is living on campus) and the academic advisor (if the student is an undergraduate).

Proxy Access

Information was included in the Registrar Notes last week regarding Proxy Access.  Proxy Access allows students to establish authorized users and to grant them access to view certain academic and financial aid information.  As part of Proxy Access, anyone with access to Banner can see who a student set up as a proxy and what access they have been given.  This can be done on the GPAPRXY form.   From the "Access List" tab on the GPAPRXY form, you will also be able to see if a student has revoked or disabled access they previously granted.

Please note, Proxy Access is only for academic and financial aid information.   Students will still need to use the Authorized Users process through the Payment and Account Information link in GoWMU to grant access to account information and to make a payment.

Summer II Grading Closed

Grading for the Summer II session has closed. Students who were not issued a grade by the instructor have been given an incomplete. Instructors can remove the "I" grade using the link on the Faculty menu in GoWMU.
