spring 2017 schedule building
As a reminder, spring 2018 working reports are available in Cognos for departments to review. Working reports do not need to be returned for this round, but all editing must be completed in Banner by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 26.
Summer commencement
Planning for the June 24 commencement is underway. Two ceremonies will be held in Miller Auditorium as follows:
9 a.m. | College of Aviation College of Education and Human Development College of Engineering and Applied Sciences College of Health and Human Services |
|
12:30 p.m. | College of Arts and Sciences College of Fine Arts Extended University Programs Haworth College of Business |
Graduates must reserve their tickets by June 14. Graduates who reserved their tickets before June 14 may request up to two additional tickets from June 19 through June 21. Additional tickets will be available while quantities last on a first come, first served basis.
New electronic commencement tickets
Graduates now have a more convenient way to request and receive their commencement tickets. Starting with June Commencement, we are moving to an electronic ticketing system.
Students will no longer need to go to the Bookstore to pick up their commencement tickets or wait in line at Miller for extra tickets. Eligible graduates will be able to order tickets online using their Bronco Net ID and password. After completing the ticket reservation process, students will be able to print a PDF ticket or send the ticket electronically to their guest.
Electronic tickets are generated with a unique identifier that is traceable back to the student who requested them. Tickets can be printed multiple times; however, they can only be scanned once at Miller. Duplicate tickets with the same bar code will be denied entrance after the first ticket has been scanned.
