Departmental Building and Room Preferences
The Registrar's Office has successfully implemented the new room scheduling software, 25Live. Spring 2018 has been imported into 25Live and rooms have been assigned. The working reports for the final round were due last Friday, August 4.
As part of the ongoing cleanup and improvement of room utilization, we are asking departments to complete the preferences form which will help with room assignments.
The deadline to submit the form is Friday, August 18.

Summer Grading
Grading for the Summer I session has been closed. Students who were not issued a grade by the instructor have been given an incomplete. Instructors can remove the “I” grade using the “Remove Incomplete Grade” link on the Faculty menu in GoWMU.
Grading for the Summer II session is open. Summer II grades are due at noon on Tuesday, August 22.
Course Fee Requests
As a reminder, August 15 is the deadline to submit course fee requests for the Summer I and Summer II 2018 sessions. This includes requests for new fees, renewal of fees or changes to current fees.
September 30, 2017 is the due date for Fall 2018 course fee requests.
December graduation deadline
The deadline for students to apply for December 2017 graduation has been extended to September 15. The extension is to allow students who are away from campus over the summer time to meet with an advisor and submit their paperwork to the Registrar's Office when they return in the fall.
Fact of the week
Over 4,300 graduation applications have been successfully submitted since going live with the online application on October 5, 2017. The Registrar's Office receives approximately 20 applications for graduation each day.
