Census

The official census count will be taken at the end of the day tomorrow. It is important that all students attending fall courses are registered in Banner so they can be accurately reflected in our census counts.  
 
In addition, to prepare for census please ensure that all sections have the correct instructor of record listed and all sections on hold have been canceled or made active. 

Waitlist

The waitlist notification will be turned off this morning and any student still waitlisted for a fall section will be dropped by 8 a.m. tomorrow. Departments may add students into waitlisted sections tomorrow as they see appropriate.

2017-18 Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs

PDF versions of the 2017-18 catalogs are now available on the Registrar's Office website. The PDF format makes it easier to search for specific content in the catalog and allows users to print pages or sections of the catalog as needed. As a reminder, a mobile version of the catalogs is also available that can be viewed on an Android or Apple device. They can be found on the WMU Mobile app under the Academic Button. 

Fact of the Week

5,473 sections are being offered this semester.   Of those, 38% require special approval before a student is eligible to register.  Special approval is noted in Banner on SSASET and can include department (DP), advisor (AA), Instructor (IN), regional site (BR) or study abroad approval (SA).
