Summer I grades

Summer I grades are due tomorrow, July 3 at noon. The grading system will be turned off soon after the deadline and we will begin processing.  Grades will be available for students to view in the late afternoon or early evening tomorrow. 


Summer II census will be occurring Friday.  Please make every effort to register all students attending a Summer II course in Banner by the end of the day Friday so they can be accurately reflected in our census counts. In addition, please verify that all sections have the correct instructor of record assigned and any sections on hold have been canceled or made active.  

Summer II waitlist notification will be turned off Thursday and any student remaining on a waitlist will be deleted Friday morning.  Departments may add students into waitlisted sections on Friday as they see appropriate. 


At the June 27 meeting, the Board of Trustees approved tuition for the coming year. The tuition/fees page and the cost of attendance calculator have been updated on the Registrar's Office website to reflect the changes that will go into effect fall semester. 

Fall tuition invoices will be available electronically to students and authorized users approximately five weeks prior to the start of the semester. Payment is due on Aug. 22.

  • July 6—Last day to drop and add; last day to receive 100% refund; census
  • July 7—$100 late add fee begins; begin recording withdrawals as "W" on transcripts
  • July 10—Last day to receive 50% refund for a complete withdrawal
  • July 23—Last day to withdraw from classes; last day to receive 25% refund for a complete withdrawal
  • August 17—Semester ends
  • August 21—Final grades are due
  • August 29—Fall 2018 classes begin at 8 a.m. - please note this is the Wednesday before Labor Day
