From the Registrar

There has been a change to the online application for graduation. Students who have a "CO" (collections) hold on their account will not be able to submit their graduation application online. When a student with a "CO" hold attempts to use the online application process, the following message will appear:

"You are unable to submit your application for graduation due to a hold on your account. Please contact the Registrar's Office at (269) 387-4300 to obtain a paper application."

Students will be able to complete a paper application (available in the Registrar's Office) and pay the $55 graduation fee at the time they turn in the application. They will not be permitted to put the fee on their student account.

This change was made to comply with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), which states that additional changes cannot be added to an account once it is in collections.

Question from the field

How do I perform a query on a section of data?

Use the Filter to perform a query on a section of data, if the button is active for the section. You can define the fields you wish to query.

When the results for a field can be sorted, an up or down arrow is displayed to the right of the field name. The arrow indicates the current sort order for the field. You can reverse the order of the sort by clicking on the field label/column header.

For instance, if you want to see specific classes a student has taken, enter SHACRSE. From there, you can either filter to view only the classes you wish to view - or you can sort the "subject" column by clicking the column header.
