You may use this form to request a change of campus location at WMU

Please note: A change in location may affect your billing and fee rates. Upon submission, a committee will review the request to change your campus location from what you originally indicated on your application to WMU. If granted, we will make the internal change to your campus code. The change will be effective for the next semester or session.
