Banner Admin Pages issue for Mac users

The Office of Information Technology has noted that some Mac users are experiencing a Banner Admin Pages issue in which there are occasionally missing fields on forms. Ellucian is working to resolve this issue in a December patch release but has provided the following workaround methods:

  • Using the mouse, click on a corner of the browser window and drag diagonally inward to resize the window to a smaller size. Continue until the page resizes and displays the missing rows. Then, drag the corner of the window diagonally outward again to return to the original size. The rows will remain displayed.
  • Set the Application Navigator Page Layout to Expanded or Comfortable view. In App Nav, select the gear icon in the upper right corner, scroll down to Page Layout and choose Expanded or Comfortable view.

As a point of clarification, Application Navigator is the front end to Banner Admin Pages. It is the page that contains the search bar that takes you to Banner Admin Pages.
