Part-time instructors are paid at the rate of $1,100 per credit hour in compliance with PIO contracts, for a total of $2,200 over the course of the semester. Applications must be submitted by March 20 at 5 p.m. See application information at wmich.edu/transitions/seminar/teach.
Hiring student leaders
The Office of Student Transitions is recruiting over 200 undergraduate student employees for various positions, including:
- Orientation Student Leaders
- Peer E-mentor Leaders

OST looks for students that are dedicated to creating an open and welcoming campus community for its various student populations. Because of this, diversity and inclusion play an important role in the hiring, training and employment process for an individual’s personal growth, and better self-awareness in an environment that fosters integrity, respect, trust, openness, empathy, exceptional performance and accountability. If you know of a student or students who would benefit from a role as a student leader, please share the link below. Applications are due Wednesday, Feb. 15. Learn more at wmich.edu/transitions/leadership.
