Dr. Malia Roberts serves as the interim senior director of graduate college enrollment in the Graduate College. She coordinates and supports efforts related to communication, enrollment, marketing, and event planning. She also oversees the Graduate Student Ambassador program, which includes a team of graduate students who are engaged in recruitment, outreach, and service initiatives that support the graduate enterprise at WMU.
Dr. Roberts' research interests include leadership identity development and formal mentorships. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University. In addition to her role in the Graduate College, Dr. Roberts also enjoys reaching FYE2100 for the WMU Merze Tate College and HNRS2900 for the WMU Lee Honors College.
